Eat Well items have been vetted by a Registered Dietitian to ensure they fit at least 3 out of the following 6 criteria:
Contains lower amounts of:
- Saturated Fat
- Sodium
- Sugars
Contains higher amounts of:
- Fibre
- Lean Protein
- Vegetables/Fruits
