We prioritize the use of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. We strive to reduce the amounts of sodium, sugar, and saturated fats in our recipes. For menu items, calorie information is displayed in accordance with Ontario Menu Labelling regulations, complemented by menu icons that offer additional guidance on ingredients and special dietary needs. Through our Eat Well labelling program, we highlight healthy choices, making it easier for you to identify nutritious options.
